- Project Program
- The Project Programme (PP) will be prepared and developed using the computer based planning and project management software...
- Project Team
- A Project team will be brought together by ITC to manage the Project Programme. A full time Project Manager will be assigned to work on this project.
- Pre-start Investigations
- Prior to commencement of site works, an external survey will be carried out to confirm the existing site levels, extent of any existing services and the condition of the existing environs.
